Frequently asked questions

Good questions. A clearer starting point.

Useful answers on quotes, artwork, samples, quantities and delivery. If your question is product-specific, include it in your brief.

Start here

Before we begin.

Every project has its own specification. Use these answers to prepare the conversation, then confirm the details in a written quote.

What should I provide to request a quote?

Start with the product or packaging type, dimensions, expected quantity, artwork status and delivery destination. Add the product weight, contents and any performance or market requirements. If some details are undecided, describe the goal first.

Can you help with structure and materials?

We can discuss a packaging direction around your product and use conditions. Final feasibility, specifications and any testing should be confirmed before production.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the format, material and production setup. Share the proposed specifications and quantity so the minimum order and pricing basis can be confirmed for the project.

How long do sampling and production take?

Timing depends on the approved specifications, artwork, sample requirements and production availability. Request a written schedule after those details are reviewed; the website does not promise a fixed lead time.

Can I see a sample before placing a production order?

Discuss the appropriate sample route for your project, such as a structural prototype or a printed sample. Confirm what the sample represents, its cost and which details still need final approval.

Can I use my own artwork?

Yes. Provide the artwork and brand requirements for a production-readiness review. Bleed, colour setup, fonts, image resolution and finishing layers should be checked before approval.

Do you arrange overseas delivery?

Share the destination and preferred delivery arrangement in the enquiry. Packing, freight scope, delivery terms and responsibilities must be agreed in the quotation.

How do I choose a print finish?

Review the material, artwork and desired look together. A relevant sample helps compare foil, embossing, coatings and other finishing options before final approval.
