Product specifications, pricing and performance requirements are confirmed in the quotation and approved samples. Editorial guides provide general information.
Quotes & specifications
Submit a brief to begin the conversation. Minimum quantities, materials, sample costs, production timing and delivery scope vary and must be agreed in writing. A website enquiry does not create a production order or reserve a delivery date.
Artwork & approvals
You are responsible for confirming your rights to supplied logos, artwork and text. Production begins only against the approval process and specifications agreed for the project.
Product requirements
Specify any food-contact, chemical-compatibility, barrier, transport or destination-market requirements early. Compliance cannot be inferred from the packaging format or its appearance.
Contact & external services
Email, WhatsApp and WeChat operate through their respective services. Opening those channels does not prove that a message was delivered or that a sales enquiry was received.
Before public launch
The business must approve these terms, the privacy policy, factual content and contact information. Any contract-specific terms are confirmed separately.
